Office to use the photos for location purposes, website promotion, and/or Film Office promotional brochures, as I have indicated above.
I am the owner of the property that is the subject of the photographs or I have explicit permission from the owner of such property to
take and submit pictures of the property to the Pennsylvania Film Office for location purposes, website promotion, and/or Film Office
promotional brochures, as I have indicated.
Once my photo(s) are uploaded to the Film in PA public website, the following disclaimer will appear whenever my photograph
is viewed: “The above search results are for the sole purpose of research for the user. The images may be copyrighted
by individuals and cannot be used without permission. The user has no authority to reproduce these images in anyway outside of the sole use of research.”
I also understand that once the photographs are posted to the Film in PA public website the photos can be downloaded by any
computer user.
I have been given the authority by the owner(s) of property and/or by each individual depicted in a photograph to bind such owner(s)
and individual(s) to these release terms.
I (and any owner(s) of property or any individual depicted in the photograph) unconditionally and irrevocably waive all claims to
compensation for use of the photograph, and/or any rights with respect to such use I may have under copyright law, the right of
publicity, the right of privacy, the law of defamation, and any other common law or statutory claims under the laws of any jurisdiction.
I also agree to hold harmless from any claims the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Department of Community & Economic
Development, and the officers and employees of either.
